I'm a Business Coach, Digital Marketing Strategist and Certified Ontraport Expert, but REALLY I'm a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach.

Sort of a strange combo! Let me tell you a little bit about how I got here…

In 2011, I founded a wellness business called Whole & Vibrant Living. I coached clients, created online wellness programs, blogged, taught live classes and workshops, and built a collaborative team of wellness professionals.

My mission? To help people live happier, more purposeful, passionate lives.

What I didn’t know when I started my wellness business was that I was going to spend the majority of my time learning about techie things and marketing.

I spent years learning about website development, digital marketing, sales funnels, email marketing, automations, copywriting, social media strategy…

At the time, though, those things weren't my focus—they were in addition to everything else I had to do to keep my business moving forward.

My to-do list grew, but I was reluctant to hire help because I was barely getting by financially, so and I found myself working 80 hours a week—full time as a nurse AND full time in my business.

Instead, it left me BURNT OUT and zestless. The passion that fueled me for 5 years fizzled, and so did I. I closed my business and went back to nursing—and I swore up and down I was done with my entrepreneurial dreams.

Until I wasn't.

When I started this business I vowed to learn from the mistakes I made the first time around, and committed myself to doing things that were outside of my comfort zone.

Within 8 weeks of starting this new business I was bringing in more each month than I had in some entire YEARS in my first business. But it was way more than just the money—those early wins told me I was on the right track, and gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to build a thriving, profitable business that is 100% uniquely ME.

The truth is, nothing happens without clarity, so that's where my coaching and consulting services start. From there, I work with my clients to build and implement a foundation of organization, strategy and streamlined systems—the stuff long-lasting businesses are made of!
