Anything is possible when you have the confidence and belief in yourself that you can accomplish the things you set your sights on. The problem is, we get in our own way a lot of the time. We let those really irritating, nagging thoughts of self-doubt or negative self talk take over, and they stop us in our tracks or slow down our bold, confident progress.

If you feel like you're struggling with your confidence, your productivity or your forward progress please STOP beating yourself up for it. It's tough to feel good about yourself when you're walking around feeling bad about yourself, am I right?

Although it’s not unusual to struggle with confidence as an entrepreneur, it can really block your creative flow. That's why it's so important to challenge the limits. Remember, you gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience you face.

So how do you become the confident CEO that you are meant to be?

• Positive affirmations. You have to break the thought pattern that plays on repeat in the background of your mind. You can choose to rewrite your story and the way you see yourself. Your reality is shaped by your thoughts. When you change your beliefs, you change your reality. 
• Try new things regularly. Aim to scare the crap out of yourself. Seriously. When you show up for yourself in the face of fear you build confidence at a rapid pace. And even if you don't succeed, you'll learn a lot so you can be better the next time around! 
• Ask for (and be willing to receive) help. As women, we like to be in control and do things our way so they get done the "right" way... but you're only one person! At some point you're going to have to accept help if you want to achieve new things and build your business the way you envision it. Be a leader and teach people HOW to do things the "right" way. You'll be surprised how much easier life and business can be when you have the help that you need. 

Embracing your confidence and power as a woman has a lasting impact on the success of your business, which creates a ripple effect that reaches all aspects of your life. Not only does it lead to financial security, freedom and independence, it helps you understand and value the experience and expertise that you bring to the table. It also helps you communicate and present yourself more effectively, building your credibility and desirability in the industry.
