Every entrepreneur needs a coach. I have a coach. My coach has a coach. And she probably has a coach too!

Here's why it's important:
You can't always expect yourself to know how to level up. Sometimes the reason you're not advancing is because you don't know what you don't know. Other times you know your goal, but you just can't step back enough to objectively assess the situation and make yourself a clear plan to get from point A to point B.

A good coach will reveal the path for you, leading you to success 1) faster 2) with less of a headache and 3) often with a big return on your investment.

For example, since I started working with my coach I have more than doubled my monthly income. Was she a big investment? Hell yes. Was it scary to invest that much in myself. Absolutely. Would I do it again? Yup. And I will.

• A good coach will have a positive attitude. A sense of humor goes a long way in business! They will also be willing to share their experiences — the good and the bad.
• A good coach will challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone. Your coach should be able to see the big picture and have enough confidence to offer push back and redirection as needed. Being a business owner is a lesson in personal growth. Having someone to help you see areas for improvement is invaluable and can help you discover your potential and build a better business.
