Am I clearly conveying how I help?
WITHOUT searching around for answers, will my visitors (aka potential clients) quickly understand what I do and what I offer?
Do I offer my visitors a simple way to keep in touch or an easy way to get to know me?
The truth is, client communication is so much more than having good customer service or dealing with complaints and requests. Being clear and concise, listening to and connecting with your audience and packaging your offers as the no-brainer solution to their problems will lead your business to the sustainable success you’re after.
